EVERYDAY SPILL GUIDES
A wider base, a lid, or a better place for your drink?
Choose by the problem you want to solve. These options do different jobs, and can sometimes be used together.
A wider base: for a resting drink
Steadi’s flexible fins grip a compatible container and the flared foot widens its support footprint. Measure the drink’s base: 2–3.15 inches across, inclusive. The whole 5.2-inch holder footprint needs a level, supported spot. No promise of an unspillable drink is implied.
A lid: for an open top
A lid addresses liquid escaping through the opening. Check the maker’s specific claims and closure instructions. A loose lid, drinking opening or straw hole can still let liquid escape. Steadi and a compatible lidded drink can serve different parts of the same setup.
A tray or side table: for a place to put it
If your drink rests on a narrow ledge, soft cushion or uneven surface, improve the supporting surface first. Choose a stable setup that is easy to reach and clear of feet, elbows and moving items.
A mount: for an attachment
A chair clamp, vehicle holder or luggage carrier is made for an attachment job. Confirm its mounting dimensions and intended conditions. Steadi does not clamp, strap or stick to furniture.
Start with the spill you are tired of
If your drink gets knocked over while sitting beside you, a wider base is worth considering. If the problem is pouring or carrying, choose a solution for that action. A good match matters more than the name of the room.
