Packing and cleaning a portable Steadi
Allow room for the actual holder, keep it dry, and separate drink transport from the place you set the drink down.
Check the bag against actual dimensions
Allow for a 5.2-inch footprint and 2.8-inch overall height. The holder weighs about 3.6 ounces. Measure your pocket or pouch opening, not only the bag’s advertised capacity. No folded-flat dimensions or compression durability are established.
Pack it empty
Remove the empty container before packing Steadi. An open drink should not travel loose inside a bag with its holder. Use appropriate closed drinkware for transit and keep it separate from items that could be damaged by liquid.
Clean between stops
Hand wash only and allow the holder to dry before packing. Remove drink residue from the fins and base; inspect for anything that prevents the next container seating fully. Do not put Steadi in the dishwasher or microwave.
Keep the next resting surface clean
Check both the bottom of the holder and the surface before setting down a drink. Grit, crumbs or moisture can change contact. No universal non-marking, waterproof or stain-protection claim is established; follow the furniture maker’s care guidance.
A simple departure check
Empty drink, clean holder, dry holder, pack with space. At the next stop, inspect fit and support again. A spot that worked yesterday does not establish that an unfamiliar ledge or soft cushion will work today.
